BAŞARAN POLİÜRETAN
BASARAN entered the polyurethane industry in 1990 as a producer of sports steering wheels. Currently, it produces polyurethane parts for furniture, automotive, medical, and amusement park industries. Polyurethane is composed of polyol and isocyanate components, and it is a chemical used in a wide range of industries, such as insulation, automotive, medical, and furniture, due to its flexible and durable structure.
We use Rigid, Semi-Rigid (Integral/Elastomer), and flexible (sponge) polyurethane foams depending on the properties of the POLYURETHANE SYSTEM. Despite the identical chemical composition of the foam, the areas of use vary due to the different foam properties.
The polyurethane raw materials we use have the following properties:
· They are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.
· They do contain environmentally harmful CFCs.
· They are non-flammable materials in accordance with MVSS-302 non-flammability standard.
